1. Consumer’s Right to Withdraw from the Contract


1.1 A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days.


1.2 The withdrawal period runs from the date of receipt of the goods, and in the case of:

- a contract concerning several types of goods or the delivery of several parts, from the date of receipt of the last delivery of goods;

- a contract concerning the regular repeated delivery of goods, from the date of receipt of the first delivery of goods.


2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal


2.1 In order to withdraw from the contract, the consumer may use the model form set out below or may send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the contract by email to: kragoacc@gmail.com or in writing to the following address:

2.2 The withdrawal period shall be deemed complied with if the notice of withdrawal is sent before the relevant period expires.


3. Return of Goods


3.1 The consumer is obliged to send back or hand over the goods to the Seller without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer withdrew from the contract.


3.2 The consumer bears the costs associated with returning the goods, unless expressly agreed otherwise.


3.3 The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to become acquainted with their nature, characteristics and functioning.


3.4 We recommend returning the goods complete and properly packaged so that they are not damaged during transport; however, this does not affect the consumer’s rights under applicable law.


4. Refund of Payments


4.1 The Seller shall refund to the consumer all payments received under the contract, including delivery costs corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery method offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal from the contract was received.


4.2 The Seller is not obliged to refund the received payments before the returned goods have been received or before the consumer proves that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.


4.3 The refund shall be made using the same method of payment that the Seller received, unless the parties agree otherwise and provided that this does not result in any additional cost to the consumer.


5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal


5.1 The consumer may not withdraw from the contract in cases provided for by law, in particular in the case of a contract:

- for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized for the consumer;

- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life;

- in other cases provided for in Section 1837 of the Civil Code.


5.2 Goods made to the consumer’s specifications shall include, in particular, goods with an individual print, logo, monogram, company marking or any other personalization carried out on the basis of the buyer’s request.
